Baked Sweet Potato

Sweet potatos can be baked just like regular potatos, only these have a sweet flavor to them.  You just need some sweet potatos, butter, salt and pepper.  Heat the oven to 400 degrees and stick each potato a few times with a fork.  They will need to bake for about 45 minutes.  After they are done, you just have to split the top and add the butter, salt and pepper.  You can add whatever else you want too, but the sweet potatoes will already have a lot of flavor.  It's a little change of pace from the regular baked potato you might normally have.
