Jalapeno Pop

While not your typical baked potato topping, sliced jalapenos can add a bit of a spicy kick to your side dish.  Jalapenos go great on nachos, so why not a baked potato?  Combine it with some cheese, bacon and any other potato topping you like and you'll have a delicious side or snack.  If you don't like spicy foods, then you can leave these off, but those that like a little bit of bite will love to add a few of these jalapenos on top of their baked potato.
