Cream Cheese

Most people wouldn't think to put cream cheese on a baked potato, but if it works for bagels, then I guess it can work for a spud.  It can go on just like butter or sour cream.  Personally, I'd stick with the other toppings, but to each their own.  Try a baked potato with some cream cheese and it might make it a little healthier than with all that other loaded stuff.
